Fempower Latam is a purpose-driven social initiative, founded since 16th March 2018, to educating and empowering Spanish-speaking rural women in entrepreneurship and technology. We equip them with the skills and tools to become leaders, founders, and business owners who restore, conserve and regenerate, our planet, society and economy. Currently, Fempower’s impact is deeply rooted in various regions of Mexico, from the southern to the northern parts of the country. Our mission is built on three core pillars: Research, Promotion, and Education. Before launching any product, programme, or solution, we begin with thorough research—it is the foundation of everything we do. We firmly believe that the best ideas are grounded in data, not just intuition. Research helps us identify gaps, address challenges, and turn abstract concepts into actionable, impactful strategies. It ensures that every step we take is informed and intentional. ​​
